1. Do Not use the USB 3.0 ports to charge your electronic devices. Because only very small current can be provided to the USB 3.0 ports. 
2. The USB-C input charging port can't be used for data transmission.
3. If you unplug the power source during data transmission, your computer may show an error, please click the confirmation option and retry the data transfer. 
4. The USB 3.0 ports support 5V 900mA max. Don't transfer data from hard drives with large power consumption via the hub. Please plug them to your laptop directly. 
5. The brand of the hub is 2.4G and if the internet is also 2.4G, it may cause some problems such as: can't recognize the external device or connect with the internet. You need to change the brand of your router into 5GB to avoid the problem.
