Instructions: 1. Fill the machine with warm water (158℉), run it once and discard the water. Rinse the inside of the water container once, with hot but not boiling water (around 160℉). 2. Fill the container with any type of drinking water to get hydrogen enriched water. 3. The machine must be cleaned a certain way, the instructions will guide you on how to use the included cleaning agents to clean your machine without soap. It is recommended to do this once every two weeks
