We are trying our best to provide pictures as close as possible to the actual colour of the product. However, the actual colours might still slightly vary from the colour displayed in different computermonitors or mobile phones due to individual screen resolution, lightnings or the angle you are looking at. We do not offer exchange or refund for this.

For normal mail, it usually takes 3-5 working days, however, it is subjected to loss or delays. No tracking is available and we are not able to trace for the items sent via normal mail. We regret that there is no replacement, refunds, or cancellations for items lost via normal mail. Upon opting to normal mail, you agree to bear liability of lost/delayed packages (if any). Hence, Qxpress is strongly recommended to avoid any unnecessary loss.
