All parcels are mailed out daily so as to ensure that you will be able to receive your items quickly! :)

Normal Mail

This mode of posting is untrackable however we mail out all normal mail with certificate of posting (COP) to provide proof to our customers that the parcel has been sent out and to ensure more ease should there be any lost parcels.

Delivery Time: 3-10 Days

* Do not worry if the parcel does not reach you in 10 days, email us at hello.bentomaker@gmail.com for assistance

Registered Mail

This mode of posting is trackable and therefore will ensure that your parcel will reach you safely! :)

Registered mail is highly recommended during festive periods so as to ensure that your mail will not get lost with other parcels

Delivery Time: 3-8 Days

* Do not worry if the parcel does not reach you in 8 days, email us at hello.bentomaker@gmail.com or you may call up singpost with your tracking number to enquire

DHL Courier

This mode of posting is recommended for overseas purchases (outside singapore) but you may also select this method to ensure receiving your parcel in the shortest time possible and with available tracking! :)

Delivery Time: 2-5 Days
