Underfoot, La Sportiva worked with Vibram to give the Core High GTX Boot''s sole plenty of traction on any terrain. The Impact Brake System places slanted lugs at the heel to increase braking power and decrease impact forces by 20%. A compression-molded EVA midsole gives you plenty of cush for long trails, and the TPU inserts ensure stability on rugged ground.
