*New Lighter Roast- Instead of our regular Medium-Dark Roast this version is roasted 18 degrees lighter, bringing out a tiny hint of roastiness, but retaining more of the natural character of the beans. Could be considered closer to a traditional medium roast. Never Bitter, Medium Body, Smooth, Low Acidity - Notes: Natural Carmel and Cocoa with a Hint of Citrus. ** Because of the water-process method of decaffeination method, these beans start out very dark before they are roasted, so when the customer receives them, they may look like a dark roast, but they are actually lightly roasted.
