- Upon confirmation, we will send a mailing address to return the products.
- Faulty products must be returned with its original packaging including accessories/manuals/and other related items to us.
- Delivery costs to return the products covered by customer.
- Snapid will cover delivery costs of replacement/repaired products to customer.

- Warranty claims which do not fulfill the conditions above will not be processed.
