As a dietary supplement, mix 1 level scoop with 6-8 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice before, during, or after your workout. For best results consume at least 2 servings per day. To ensure maximum results, wait 20-30 minutes after taking Amino X before eating a meal or drinking a shake. Consume 120 oz. of water per day and a diet that is rich in protein and carbohydrates. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks.

Due to settling, a natural occurence with powders, variations in the powder height level may vary from bottle to bottle. Additionally, powder density may be affected as a result of the settling which may cause slight variations in the scoop serving size.
