1. All our products are shipped out via Singapore Post Office via Normal or Registered mail within 3 days once payment are received. 

2. Customers should received their orders 2-5 working days (Registered Mail) or 2-8 working days (Normal Mail). Working days include Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

3. For Normal Mail

   •  Delivery is untrackable.
   •  Please note that we will not be responsible for lost mail in transit and no refund or compensation willl be made.
   • Thus we strongly encourage all buyers to opt for Registered mail. 

4. For Register Mail : 

   • Delivery is trackable.
   •  The postman will delivery the parcel to your door. If no one is home, a notification slip will be left either at the door or in the mailbox to collect within 10 days at the nearest Post Office. Customer will be required to bring down the notification slip with NRIC to collect.
   •  For Registered Mail returned to us due to failure of collection within the time frame, customer will need to pay for redelivery or self collect at our collection points.
5. If buyer provide the wrong address and item was lost in transit/returned, there will be no refund and buyer has to bear the redelivery postage if applicable.

6. For Urgent Orders :
