Ultrasound handheld probes are used specifically for penetrating topical nutrients and for toning and lifting the skin. 

• 1 MHz penetrates the deepest and can be used for body treatments.  
• 2 MHz and 3 MHz penetrate less deeply into skin tissue and can be used for both facial and body treatments.

Steps:

1) Clean the body area (For best effect, do a body scrub prior to the massage)

2) Apply slimming ampoule/ ultrasonic gel and massage in circular motion

When applying the massager on thicker parts of subcutaneous tissues such as the waist, hips, thighs, select the high ultrasonic waves

When applying the massager on parts like the muscles and where fatty layers appear thinner, select the lower ultrasonic waves.

Ultrasonic waves can break down fats. For those who like to slim down, there are studies that show daily 15 minutes exposure, for 2 months has visible effects. Do note that results vary from individuals. For daily use, please do not exceed 30 minutes.
