GRIND AND STORE - Our coffee mill comes with a storage lid for convenient storage of unused ground coffee (holds 100 grams/3.5 oz.).
LONG LASTING BLADES - Ceramic burrs are made to last up to five times longer than stainless steel blades.
EXTREMELY PORTABLE - Our grinder is small and lightweight, an ideal travel accessory for vacations, camping and picnicking.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place a tablespoon of coffee beans into the top hopper and adjust the grind level accordingly (see coffee grind adjustment instruction).
2. While holding the grinder, spin the handle clockwise to grind beans (Avoid turning the handle counter-clockwise while grinding, as this could damage the mill.).
3. Slowly add a tablespoon of beans at a time, according to the amount of coffee desired.
4. For french press, we recommend a coarser grind; for water drip coffee makers, we recommend a finer grind; for other coffee makers, a medium grind is recommended.
ADJUSTMENT GUIDE:
1. Turn the locking screw counter-clockwise and remove.
2. Remove handle and stopper.
3. Turn the grind adjustment nut to the desired grind level (Turn clockwise {right} for a finer grind. Turn counter-clockwise {left} for a coarser grind.).
4. Lock adjustment nut with the stopper.
5. Install the handle and locking screw.
