What is red palm oil? Red palm oil comes from the pulp of the fruit of the palm tree. It contains a generous amount of good-for-you fats, but NONE of the bad trans-fatty acids. We use Carolein Natural Red Palm Olein which is a nutritious refined reddish vegetable oil produced from virgin crude palm oil/palm fruits (Elaeis guineensis).
