Flora''s High Lignan Flax Oil is pressed from certified organic flaxseed (third party certification) that has been carefully selected for flavor and maturity. Flora''s Flax Oil if high in Omega-3 & -6 Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) that are important for proper immune system development, good muscle tone, soft smooth skin, and for maintaining a strong circulatory system. It is guaranteed to have not less than 10% flax particulate containing lignans. Lignans provide a natural source of beneficial antioxidants and phytoestrogens. Flora''s flaxseeds are pressed in a state-of-the-art low-heat, light- and oxygen-free environment, then bottled in light resistant amber glass to ensure maximum nutritional value and freshness. Flora''s high standards also guarantee this product to be GMO-free.

Directions
Shake well before using. Take 1 Tbsp. up to 3 times daily. For optimum freshness, KEEP REFRIGERATED and use within 2 months after opening. Flax oil can be frozen to maintain freshness. It is delicious in salad dressings, sauces, power shakes, and in place of butter on bread and vegetables. Do not heat above 300ºF or use for frying.
