Shipment

We will notify our partner immediately after confirming payment. The whole process of shipment from overseas warehouse to your doorstep will take around 7-10 working days(except public holiday).

Exchange Policy

Every item has been thoroughly checked before mailing. However if you receive a defective/wrong item, please send the picture of defective area and drop us email( fairypark88@gmail.com ) within 5 days. We will proceed your exchange request and get back to you shortly.

Please be reminded that any returned item without original tag/packing and being washed will not be eligible for exchange.

We regret that any exchange request will not be entertained after 5 days upon receiving the item.
