Buyers will be provided with a tracking number so that they can track the status of the delivery.
In the event of non-delivery, e.g., no one is at home at the time of delivery, SingPost will issue a “Non-Delivery” note at the delivery address.
Buyers are to follow the instructions provided on the SingPost delivery note to collect the item at the nearest post office.
