The Louis Garneau Men's Gravel Cycling Shoes are versatile entry-level MTB shoes that are ideal for beginning mountain bikers. The upper part of the shoe is comprised of a combination of synthetic leather and cycling mesh that is lightweight and breathable which gives you the comfort and support needed for a long workout. Seamless upper construction eliminates pressure and featuring Hot Stuff insole that improves arch support and ventilation. Offset straps provide effective heel support. Velcro closure straps are easy to adjust for a secure fit. Heel reflector for increased visibility during night and early morning rides. The Ergo Grip 2 outsole with removable studs provides excellent traction for walking and configured to maximize mud clearing. The HRS-80 retention system maintains the heel in place during power stroke, thus maximizing power transfer. Cleat position indicator compatible with SPD cleats. Cleats not included.
