?A couple of tips:

1. Please read the Manual carefully BEFORE using this Epilator/ Ladies' shaver!

2. New device should be charged for as long as 4 hours for the first time and long hours of charging is harmful to the battery.

3. Ensure that your skin is clean and dry before use. You just hold it at a 90 degree angle to the hair and run it across the area.

4. Pull your skin taut with the hand that is not working the epilator and go in circles. It will make a difference.

5. Using a face wash before chin epilating will keep the area clean and dry and makes epilation easier.

6. When epilating for the first time, it's advisable to epilate in the evening, so that any possible reddening (which phenomenon is absolutely normal) can disappear overnight. To relax the skin, it's better to apply a moisture cream after epilation.

7. Use the included brush to clean out the epilator, and remove the head to clean out the gears after you are done to make sure it lasts longer.
