Water， milk， and oil are measured in cups and milliliters.

Flour is measured in cups， maximum 1500mls / 6 cups with precision of 1ml or 1/8 cup.

In Scale Mode this scale will measure anything up to 11 pounds / 5000 gs， in unit of grams， pounds or ounces with the precision of 1 gram or 0.1 ounce.
