Shake well before each use. Adults pour 1 serving (0.5 fl. oz./15 mL) and take on an empty stomach, either in the morning two hours before breakfast or two hours after dinner prior to bedtime. (Do not eat tow hours before or after taking SeroVital.) Each serving may be diluted with cold water to taste, if desired. Do not exceed 1 serving in any 24-hour period. Individual results will vary.
