Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.

水仙茶树品种属无性系、大叶、晚生种型,叶片比普通小叶种大一倍以上,叶质肥厚。其条索肥壮,色泽绿褐油润而带宝色。

老枞水仙含有独特的"兰花香"。茶汤味浓醇厚,喉韵明显,柔滑回甘清爽,汤色浓艳呈橙黄色,叶底软亮,耐冲泡。

老枞水仙一般是指五六十年以上树龄的水仙茶树,基本上水仙花生长于岩石上明显突出兰花香和枞味。掌握老枞的枞味,主要有三味:木质味、青苔味、糙米味。

由于老枞水仙有独特的 "兰花香" 老枞味, 冲泡老枞水仙时可用盖碗或紫砂壶,老枞味前几泡被香气遮盖,后面几道汤老枞味就出来了,至少可保持10泡或以上。冲泡老枞水仙时可使用紫砂茶壶或瓷茶具。使用热水冲洗茶杯和茶壶。, 如果你不使用紫砂茶壶可将茶叶装至茶壶1/4 1/3 的分量, 2克的茶叶再加入150ml 的热水。将茶叶浸泡在95° c的热水中冲泡1分钟。逐渐增加浸泡时间为随后冲泡

保存老枞水仙非常之简易只需放于干燥无异味之处即可。
