Gymnema is a woody, climbing plant common in central and southern India. Its Hindi name, ''gurmar,'' means ''destroyer of sugar.'' The leaves of Gymnema contain Triterpene Saponins called Gymnemic Acids. Gymnema Leaf Extract is intended to provide nutritive support for normal blood glucose levels.

Directions
Use only as directed. Take one vegetarian capsule up to three times daily with a meal or glass of water.
