If you have to take daily medication, and you are very good at forgetting to take it. This helps you keep organized. Occasionally the center button will get jammed, but it just needs a little shake to be okay again, and handles the abuse of being in a large purse all day very well. The middle piece is off center so it sticks sometime when pushing the button. Also the latch for the door to the box does not snap shut all the way so it easily comes open when carried in a purse.
The cases are cute and easy to use. Just push the button to advance to the next day. It's a great way to keep track of medication or use while travelling. If you use these on a regular basis and carry in your purse, pocket, backpack, etc, they are prone to opening. We lost a few days worth of pills due to how easy the latch comes open.
