How to Enjoy: Bone broth is ready to sip right out of the carton. Simply heat and enjoy like you would a cup of tea, or use it in your favorite recipes. Heating: It is suggested you heat the bone broth by simmering it over the stove. In a rush? Microwave for 40 seconds on high in a microwave-safe container. Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 5 days after opening. Do not microwave in container.Free OfGluten.
