[Shacha Dougan - 沙茶豆干] 
With garlic , onion and peanuts, paired with the savoury taste of
shrimp and soy sauce creating a slightly sweet and spicy flavour,
coupled with stir-fry dougan in stew, this is one taste you will never forget. 


[Mix mouth Dougan - 拌嘴角]Nicknamed mixed mouth because of its' square shape. 
Althought the shape might seem insignificant but when you taste it,
the dougan is sweet and slighty chewy. Coupled with the special dry spices,
no doubt it has become a taste that every Taiwanese is familiar with.
