RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
One capsule twice daily (every 12 hours).

CAUTIONS
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypoglycemia may result if taken along with blood sugar lowering medications. Those with blood glucose problems should monitor their blood glucose levels. Keep out of reach of children.
