We urge all customers to opt for Smartpac(with tracking number) in order to receive items in your hand with a peace of mind. Singpost Normal mail is still the most popular and lowest fare mailing method among all, but it does not include tracking number. Hence, upon mailing, JSS and Singpost will not have any idea where exactly is your parcel.
If you have opted for normal mail, we will provide photo proof upon request and we shall not be held liable in case you do not received the parcel. We will also not be able to track normal mail parcel as much as we want to :(
