Trouble Shooting

No Power
Possible Reasons: 1. The adapter is not properly plugged in
2. The mist on/off bottom is not depressed
Solutions: 1. Plug in the adapter correctly
2. Depress the bottom again

No Mist
Possible Reasons: No water or too little water in the water sink
Solution: Add enough water into the bottle

Reduced or almost no mist when there is enough water in the bottle
Possible Reasons: 1. The transducer piece is contaminated
2. Water is too much to flow in the vent
3. The bottle is not tightly fixed with the adapter
4. Excluding the above three reasons, if there is still sound of fan working, check if the vent is obstructed
Solutions: 1. Clean the transducer piece
2. Pour out the excess water
3. Remove any obstacle on the vent
4. Please fix the bottle tightly with the adapter by screwing with efforts.

Attention Please pour away the water from the water sink and do not pour any water or liquid into the Air Vent
