The jalapeno grill was designed for the backyard grill but will work in your oven. You can stuff the peppers with a variety of meats or seafood and cream cheese and wrap with bacon. This is the one dozen size. Holes are 1 5/8" for the big peppers Italian sausage works best. Comes with my favorite recipe and cooking instructions.
