4. If you choose via Singapore Registered Mail, estimated duration will be 4-7 days for delivery.
5. Any miss delivery prior to arrangement will have to be self-pick from nearest Post Office within 7 days.
6. If you choose TAQBIN Courier Service, estimated time taken is 1-3 working days for delivery.
7. All miss delivery after prior arrangement, will require you to call TAQBIN at 1800-2255-888 to re-arrange for alternate delivery.
8. Delivery time will expect to be longer during peak period on holiday or public holidays.

Self Collect:
1. Self-Collect option is only applicable to buyers who reside in Singapore.

3. Print a copy of the Q0010 G-market payment receipt or Order Email Q0010 (Gmarket) form which should clearly indicate the following details:
Name of Buyers, item Name, Amount Paid, Order Number or Cart Number.
4. If you wish to send the item to your friends or family members, the identity of the collector for such items must bear the same information as furnished above.
5. We will require such identity via the provision of additional information either from NRIC/Employment Pass/Passport as for form of identification in order to prevent any future discrepancy.
6. A GENUINE TECHNOLOGY will not be held responsible for any delay on the part of our customer to collect their order on time.
7. All order not collected within 1 month from the date of order and payment will be forfeited with no refund thereafter.
