How to select the qty for mix design curtains?
For normal design, you can choose qty as any number, but for fabric mix design, the qty only can choose as even, such as qty: 2 or 4 or 6 to make sure your curtains come as pairs.
 
Measurement
How to determine my curtain width per panel if I order 2 pcs as a pair? eg: my window W=200cm.
We suggest three curtain width below for your option:
vIf you don't want wave, your per pc curtain width can be 120cm.
vIf you want 1.5 times wave, your per pc curtain width can be 150cm.
vIf you want 2 times wave, your per pc curtain width can be 200cm.
What is curtains wave? Why we need consider wave?:All our curtains pictures in Qoo10 or this blog is 2 times wave, so when the curtain closed and you may see they have natural fold, The wave times is not fixed, it's depend on your needs.
 
Hanging& Accessories
What is your curtain hanging type?We have two curtain hanging types: 1) holes type which is for curtain rod; 2) hooks type which is for curtain rail / track / eyelet.
 
Are the hooks provided enough? :The free hooks or holes we give you, is more than enough and always have extra hooks inside. Feel free to contact us if you need assist in this matter in future.
 
How about your curtain holes inner diameter? :Our curtain holes inner diameter is 35-45mm.
Stock:Is there any ready stocks for all this item?
There are no ready stocks due to most of them are customized items. Our factory made it one by one with different size according customers' need.
 
Why my order can not proceed after payment?
The inventory is changing in every second. Anyway, We will contact you asap if your order is out of stock.
 
 
Return & Exchange
Can I return or exchange my curtains?
This is customized products so no refundable except manufacturer defects or incorrect items only, we will check and ensure our products are in great quality and condition before shipping out. 
Reasons below are not considered as defects:
  
Choose the wrong design, personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
vSlight color differences of same color range due to different monitor display (eg. color not as expected);
vMinor thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams, minor tear on seams & button loose which can be hand stitched;
vMinor stains (especially on light color clothes), eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered;
vSize issues as there may be slightly size difference from measurement provided (2-3 cm).
vPlease note that different batches of items may have slightly size difference too.
vWhite items & promotional items can not be exchanged or refunded.
If you receive items have problem, please contact us within 3 days from you receiving and email the picture of defect to thevaluebuy.sg@gmail.com at same time.
