Chili aficionados battle over their recipes at cook-offs more than any other dish. We are certain ours would take home the blue ribbon. Served in our cafe for years, this has become one of our customer*s all-time favorites, topped with a dollop of sour cream and garnished with chopped chives. Great served with sweet cornbread.

Directions
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add 1 lb ground beef. Cook over medium-high heat and stir until meat is browned. Add one jar Chili Starter and one 15.5 oz. can of red kidney beans that have been rinsed and drained. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes and serve with grated cheddar cheese and sour cream. Serves 4-6. Refrigerate after opening.Free OfGluten.
