Shipping Policy:

1.     Heavenly Deals will process the orders immediately after payment has been cleared by Qoo10.

2.    Heavenly Deals will ship out the orders on the next working if stocks are available.

3.    Estimated shipping time:

a)    Singpost Normal Mail (3-5 Working Days)

b)   Singpost Registered Mail (2-3 Working Days)

c)    Q-Express (1-2 Working Days)

4.    Heavenly Deals will not be liable for any product that is damaged through Normal Mail Shipping

5.    Heavenly Deals will not be liable for any losses due to wrong address details provided after the orders have been shipped / sent out

6.    Q-Express/Singpost Registered Mail is strongly encouraged to prevent loss/damage to the products during shipping

Note: 
Normal postage is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore.  However, this shipping type (Singpost Normal Mail) is not traceable / able to track.  If the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel.  It will also typically take 3 to 5 WORKING days to deliver.  Heavenly Deals will not be responsible and/or liable for any lost normal mail parcels/products.

Exchange Policy
1. Please check all products purchased from us upon receiving.

2. Products that are assessed to be faulty due to manufacturing defect upon receiving would be considered for a 1:1 exchange.
3. Exchange must be requested using Customer Inquiry within (7) days from order date.
4. No exchange allowed if the product has been opened / used / tampered or damaged.

5. Exchange products must be mailed to the address stated at the back of our envelope / shipping package.
6. Buyer will bear all shipping costs incurred in the event of an exchange.
7. Once the exchanged product is received by us, we will immediately inform the buyer and ship out the replacement.
8. Free Gifts from our promotions are not entitled to any exchange.

Refund Policy
1. Refund will not be allowed when an order that has been placed; has been shipped out by us.
2. Refund will not be allowed in an event of product damaged caused during shipping from Singpost Normal Mail.
3. Buyer will have to bear all shipping charges in an event of a refund.

4. Refund will be partial or even rejected if product returned is not found to be in a satisfactory condition.

5. Refund will be rejected if the product is returned with any prior contact.

6. Refund will not be allowed if the product has been used / opened / tampered or damaged.
6. Return and/or refund have to be requested within (7) days after order being placed; else the request will not be entertained.

Terms & Conditions
