Q&A
1: Why is the device unrecognizable to PC?
For desktop, please connect the DVD drive to the USB port of the motherboard for normal use. For notebook, please insert to the direct USB port, try not to use USB hub nor extension cords, it may not recognize the Driver or read the CD/DVD.
2. Does it work with imac/macOS Sierra?
Technically it will. If not, please test it with other computer to see if something different? If the item is defective, we could replace or refund on it.
3. Does it work with surface?
No, it's not compatible with surface, the surface cannot export enough power for its function.
4. Will it work with Windows 10?
Yes, it is compatible with Win 10. If it fails to play DVD on win 10, please download a third party video player to make them work together.
5. Why the DVD could not eject on Apple system?
Due to system restrictions, you need to click the CD icon on the Apple computer desktop and select exit the CD. The exiting could not be completed through directly pressing the button on the burner.
