Power Band

Gymstick Power Bands are a closed-loop resistance band. They are much stronger and durable than other commonly used resistance bands. Power bands can be used for strength and power training, speed and agility training, jumping and plyometric exercises, flexibility and joint mobility. Each Power Band is a 104cm loop (band total length 208cm) and it can be safely stretched 250% from their original length.

Available in four different resistance levels.
