We do not carry out Returns, Exchange nor Refunds for all our underwear sold on Triumph Official Store on Qoo10, due to hygiene concerns. 
SALE, FINAL MARKDOWN or FLASH SALE items are strictly not returnable.

2. Exchange Policy
We are unable to handle exchange of products purchased from Triumph Official Store on Qoo10. 
If you need to return your purchase for a refund with a valid reason, do let our Customer Care team to assist you in this matter.

3. Damaged and Defective Products
At Triumph, we uphold our products to the highest standards of quality. With proper care, our products are known to outlast its expected shelf life. 
It is extremely rare for customers to be receiving Triumph products that are damaged.
If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality,
the original product will be returned to you. 

We do not accept refunds for the following:
* Obtained from a source other than Triumph Official Store in Qoo10.sg.
* Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
* Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
