3.Quality
All Finished Products must be checked at least 5 times.
1. All Material and accessories must be checked one by one, from appearance check, colors check, and Diameter and Length, Thread Size, Print quality etc. All quality material will keep in warehouse. Defective will return to supplier.
2. All work is serious operation process and operation standard regulation. And QC checker will check on product assemble line all the time, to avoid from mistake on the production.
3. When packing, we will require the work to check the product one by one.
4. After package, QC will check 30% of total.
