Instructions:
• DO NOT wash the eggs before storing them in the box. There are pores as well as a thin membrane on the egg shell, washing the egg will destroy the membrane, allowing germs to pass through the pores.
• The ideal temperature for egg storage is 5ºC to 7ºC.
• If the egg has been removed from the refrigerator, try not to put the egg back as the condensation that occurs on the eggs might have germs and they will continue to breed if you put the egg back into the refrigerator.
