The D-ring on the Schiek Ankle Straps will attach easily to any standard carabiner or similar fastening clip found on most lower pulley cables on cable crossover machines, functional trainers, home gyms, or other cable gym machines that use a weight stack or resistance cables. Once attached to the ankle, the exerciser can perform hip abductions, hip adductions, and cable leg curls to strengthen and develop muscles in the inner and outer thighs, glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps.
