Similar to how the LEGOs™ toys are, littleBits provides the platform for the maker to explore. littleBits allows you to create complicated structures with very little engineering knowledge as background. The bits are simple, where each block makes the process of sophisticated electronics simply into a matter of snapping small magnets together. Each bit also has a unique function of its own (light, sounds, sensors, buttons, thresholds, pulse, motors, etc) where the modules snap to form a bigger circuit.
