o   Items sold are not exchangeable/refundable

o   Once order is confirmed and sent, you can’t request to cancel order

o   Items will be mailed out the following day after payment had been made

o   We will not be responsible if your item is lost through normal postage

o   We will not be responsible if your item is damaged during mail

o   We encourage you to opt for registered postage. That will be additional $2.50

o   If u buy more than 1 item using registerd mail,u only have to pay $2.50 once.$2.50 is charge per time not per item,so please select registered for only 1 item if u r using combined shipping.Pls indicate on the memo of all items that it is registered mail.Thanks!

o   Meet up is available for $3 per meet up regardless of  the number of items @ Seng Kang, Kovan, Serangoon,  Hougang MRT STATIONS

o   International Shipping avaliable but at different postage rates, u can refer to www.singpost.com under postage rates->overseas, or u can contact me for more details.
