Ukulele won't stay in tune? Here's some ideas...

If you're ukulele won't stay in tune, it's probably the strings or the tuning machines.  This is a common problem and can be very frustrating if you've never dealt with it before, but before you go bashing your uke into a wall out of frustration, here are some ideas that you can try....

1. New strings take time to settle in - If you recently restrung your ukulele, the strings will naturally slip out of tune for a while as they stretch and settle in.  Exercise some patience and keep retuning them every time they fall out of 
tune.  Depending on how often you pick it up, this can take a looooong time (4-6 weeks if you pick it up to tune less frequently).  This settling in process can even occur with old strings that you take off (let's say for a repair of some sort) and put back on.

Tips:  To help speed the process along, there are a couple things you can try.  You can play on it (and tune it) more often.  This will drive you nuts having to tune it over and over again after just a few minutes of playing, but it can cut down the settling in time to a couple weeks.  You can also tune your strings up a full step for the first week (ADF#B instead of GCEA) to stretch them a little bit quicker.

We track warranty by order numbers and Warranty seal instead of receipts or warranty cards.
Receipts and warranty cards are often misplaced by end users thus leads to void of warranty.
 
Free First 14 days Shop Warranty
1-to-1 exchange for faulty items to ensure sufficient time for customers to test and 
Verify that their sets are in 100% working condition.
For 1 year warranty
Our warranty covers the same as what Overseas
Repair Service is done by our own in-house technician.
The warranty liability lies with us and we offers a Full Coverage for our customers.

*We recommend customers take 1 year / 2years Warranty (Minimal fee as low as ($5- $59 * depending on items) during purchase of warranty items
The cost works out less than 50cents a month only and also covers even expensive parts like motherboard and (excluding accessories ;fiber materials,promotional items without our warranty .
The only thing we do not cover is user induced defects(like crack, dents,high fall and drop into water ). 
Reason for 2-Year Extended Warranty
we realize the claims for warranty is lesser than expected.
After much consideration, we try to help our local customer to 2 years warranty*.(warranty purchase is required)
What we expected during 2nd years?
Definately we expect harder problem than the 1st year of warranty , so our team will ensure you will get your repair for the items 
Basic Warranty Explanation:
Under this warranty, customers will not be charged should there be a need for repairs.
Every part is covered, including the most expensive part like motherboard .

The only thing we do not cover is user induced defects(like crack, dents,high fall and drop into water ).
Testing on the spot
We now have a compulsory testing policy for all items on the spot. if you can walk in to our office
We will undertake a thorough test and that you bring home a 100% working set.
We will not be giving any exchanges after the test has been successfully completed as warranty claims will now be direct with the agent.
 
What is the return policy?
For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 14 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
There will be no returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on our website .
