We use cardboard in our packaging to ensure that the decorations you purchased will not be crumpled or damaged during shipping.

These Decorations are non-adhesive. You can use them on glass and mirrors that are of smooth surface. It uses static theory to hold the decorations in place.

Just use plain water to spray on the stickers for pasting on glass and window surface. Do not use alcohol base cleaners or soapy water to spray. These could cause them to act as a solvent to dissolve the rubber base paint on the stickers. If you use a cleaning agent to clean your windows first, make sure that you use water to clean any residue off the surface before you paste the decorations on.

Note for C4-9 : colour in photo is uneven due to reflection from plastic cover

It is static based, so just spray water on them and put them on a smooth, clean and dry window/glass and they can stick on it for around one month. It is coloured on both sides and is best used on glass.

If you want to use them on your wall, you will have to use your own adhesive though.

If you find that it does not hold well, it is possible that there is not enough static on the glass. Use a piece of wool/silk cloth to rub the glass surface. Another possibility is that there might be oil on the glass causing it not to stick. Make sure to remove oil on the glass surface.

If your order still have not reached you because you shipped via normal shipping, please note that we do not have any tracking number to check on.

1) Check to see if there is any delivery advice slip. This is because we make sure that the item cannot be folded with cardboard and thus it has to be delivered to your houseinstead of the mail box. If there is no one to receive the item, the postman (is supposed to) leave behind a delivery notice. Sometimes because it is an unregistered article, the postman ignores this process and will just send it back to the post office. If there is a delivery note, you have to bring it to the post office and collect the item.

2) In the event that there is no delivery slip, you still have to go to the post office and see if there is any items left by the postman at the post office for your address. If the item is not collected in 2 weeks they will either discard it or return it to us.

3) If the post office also says that there is no such item, the only way is to lodge a complain with Singpost at their website. This is not very effective as we had launch a lot of complains with regards to unregistered mail previously, and they only inform that there is nothing much they can do because it is unregistered and they have no means to check it's whereabouts for us.

We noted that it is quite irresponsible of Singpost to act in this manner, but that is unfortunately not within our control. Thus we strongly urge all buyers to use registered mail especially during the festive season.

Registered Mail is the preferred method as we have had about 3% chance of missing mail through normal mailing.

It is proven from statistics that Singpost receive 14,000 undeliverable articles everyday. These includes addresses that are defaced, improperly provided addresses, broken packages, damage packages or even letters to nowhere. This is especially so during festive season. These undelivered mail are normally kept in their store and are sometimes impossible to retrieve even if we go to Singpost as there is almost no way to trace. Sometimes if they can, they will send it back to us. We have tried to ensured this on our part by using a return address on all our packages but to return a package to us can take up to 21 days or more. Thus we strongly encourage using registered mail. Using registered mail is a lot faster too.

For lost mail via normal mail, we will only respond to it if you do not receive the item after 21 days of shipping for shipping within Singapore and 60 days for shipping overseas. We will still approach Singpost when they do not return the package to us, but the chance of finding such packages are slim.

We will proceed for shipping the next working day if you order before 10pm. Orders after 10pm will be process and send for shipping after 2 working days. Working days are from Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We take a lot of responsibilties for our products. As much as we can, we try to check for defects on the product before shipping. Please do note that even though we try to protect the package as much as possible, the items could be damage during shipping due to mishandling or bad weather conditions.

For exchanges and returns, you will have to send the item back to us so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving the product.
