For Orders of 3 Mats & Above, Please Choose Qxpress Or Opt For Self Collection at Our Warehouse or Northpoint.
Normal mail item is too bulky and singpost postman cannot put items into mailbox, postman left a notice/collection slip for customers to collect parcel at post office, but the notice was not found (or missing) and hence parcel was unclaimed/undelivered and sent back to us after 2 months. Customer need to pay for qxpress or self collect at warehouse/ Northpoint when the parcel is returned to us.
