When I finally got it a day or two before Christmas I was actually mad. The package was fine but the box the tablet came in was opened and torn, everything in the box had been opened and the tablet was also previously used. You could tell by some scratches it had and also bcz when I turned it on it had someone else's information in it already. I did the factory reset but there was still another problem, the screen wasn't working probably, i thought maybe the calibration was off, so I recalibrated the tablet but still didn't wrk. I asked my husband to return it the next day. He bought my daughter a galaxy tab with a very durable cover instead. I bought two of them for my daughters and they are really cute with the shock proof cover and all but they do not work properly. They freeze up and are super slow Plus you have to download some other app store because it does not come with google play store.
