EVERY time I touch the product, the end breaks and I have to Re-sharpen it, only WASTING more (of what really was good product!) And I actually, after reading some reviews, went out and SPECIFICALLY bought the dual Loreal sharpener, thinking maybe my generic one was the problem!? Geez I'm sooooo crazy! So now I'm out 2 products I'LL NEVER USE and definitely never invest in again! However, the wood casing it is enclosed in is very difficult to sharpen, which is usually needed after each use. I am always left with sharp splinters around the liner itself, which is quite uncomfortable and difficult to work with.
