Preparations:                                                         Standard Package

Lobster                                                1-1.2kg   Sinsia Black Pepper Sauce 1 pkt

2 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoon chopped garlic

2 teaspoon chopped ginger

2 bunch coriander leaves

Preparation:

First step is to separate lobster’s head and put it into boiling water for 2 minutes.  Thereafter keep the remaining portion of body into boiling water for 3 minutes.  Then dish out and put it aside on a plate.  The Lobster is not fully cooked.   When lobster is cool enough, twist off its tails and craws and cut its body into half into 8 pieces.  Lastly keep it in a bowl after remove sand from lobster’s head.

 

Cooking Method

 

Heat up 1 teaspoon peanut oil for 1 minute on medium heat with SINSIA Black Pepper Sauce.  Thereafter, stir together with above cornstarch and soy sauce to enhance its aroma. Fry for 30 secs on medium heat.  Then fry lobster turn golden brown about 1.5 minutes.   Gradually add in 250ml water and cover the cooking pan for 90 secs.  Thereafter, stir and scoop gravy over entire Lobster in a bowl.  Pour 2 large beaten eggs over lobster for added texture.

 

FOR BETTER TASTE MIXTURES: Suggests add ¼ cup Korean/Chinese rice wine, scallions.
