To prepare dose:

1. Wash all pieces before initial use.
2. Remove the soft tip and insert the narrow tip underneath it into the medicine bottle. (if bottle opening is too small fill the measuring cup with the right amount of medicine and insert narrow tip into that. After filling dispenser - see #3 - do not pour any unused medicine back into bottle; wash cup.)
3. Using thumb grip draw plunger out slowly to fill the tube. Hold the dispenser at eye level for most accurate reading. If necessary push plunger in to expel excess medicine or any air. Replace soft tip. If not dispensing immediately snap cup over tip.

Note: Do not pour unused portion of medicine into the bottle. If using the cup as a cap push into place over soft tip.

To dispense medicine:

1. Insert soft tip into child's mouth pointing it toward either cheek.
2. Push plunger in slowly to release only the amount of liquid child can comfortably swallow. Do not squirt it at the back of the mouth this could cause gagging.
3. Pause and repeat until child has consumed entire dose.

To clean: Remove plunger from tube by pulling the two pieces apart. Dishwasher-safe (top rack or covered utensil basket only). Or wash in arm water using mild liquid soap and rinse thoroughly with clear water. Do not boil.

This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it.
