The cheap memory foam does not contour to you. It is quite firm with little to no give. A rolled towel provides more comfort than this pillow. It does not hold it's shape once 'bent' to fit the contours of one's neck etc. within minutes the neck pillow has unfolded and has a tendency to poke the person in the adjoining seat. The removable cotton cover... is the nicest part of this product. But attempting to remove & then replace was NOT worth the time. at each end there is a hard plastic circle hot glued to the cheaply rolled cheap memory foam ends. These made the pillow VERY uncomfortable and annoying. And to pay $24 then see that I could have purchased it for $8 was a bit frustrating.
