How to use:
Important: sharpen by stroking in 1 direction only (from top to down). Do not stroke in both directions as it blunts the knife.
First sharpener placed on the platform, one hand holding onto stable non-slip handle, and other holding on to.
Start with stage 1, moving on to stage 2 and finally to stage 3 fine sharpening to finish. Make sure your push and pull your knife along the sharpening diamonds with equal and good strength. Do each step 3-5 times and you are done. To keep your knife in tip top condition, sharpen every 2-4 weeks or more if used frequently.
