CHEZ 6PC COOKWARE SET is designed for practical daily home cooking and handling. Comes in 18,22 and 24cm these Pots/Wok are practical for normal daily cooking while ensuring practical durability. Specifically, they come in DOUBLE LAYERED Ceramics interior for added strength to improve their lifespan. In 2.5mm thickness, they are sturdy for all normal cooking yet light enough to handle. Made with quality aluminium alloy, each Pot and Pan comes Induction ready. Another feature of the cookware is the HONEYCOMB INDUCTION BOTTOM which allows for superior thermal dispersion, to cook and brown your food evenly.   

Not only are these ceramic pans safer than PTFE non-stick, they are very affordable, make for good low-maintenance option as they are easy to clean without too much hassle. Just with water, soft sponge and non-abrasive detergents, the food remains are easily wiped off.

Some Maintenance & Safety Tips for stove top cooking:

1).Use soft utensils made of wood, plastic, or silicone to avoid damaging the ceramic cooking surface. As with all non-stick surfaces they can be damaged if misused.
2).Always cook on low to medium heat.
3).If you’re not cooking with a broth or liquid that absorbs heat, pay close attention to your cooking surface. Foods that coat most of the pan’s surface will help keep temperatures down.
4).Use extra care when using lightweight cookware. Lightweight pans heat faster than heavier pans.
5).Pay attention while cooking. Never leave your Fry Pan unattended.
We do not recommend use in Oven where temperatures may be exceedingly high

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE
Customers are duly reminded once again to follow the Lid-Knob Assembly instructions illustrated above.
It is our experience that Customers may have overlooked the ASSEMBLY instructions and thus risks
Breaking of KNOB SET - when force applied before washer is properly aligned on top of glass lid.
ie. SEPARATE THE WHITE PLASTIC WASHER FROM THE ALUMINIUM SCREW
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR COOKWARE, BEFORE ASSEMBLING KNOB SET TO APPLY PRESSURE.
THE GLASS LID IS MEANT TO BE POSITIONED ("SANDWICHED") BETWEEN :
- WASHER (Stud the washer from top at glass lid to sit into hole)
- AND THE SCREW (Push Screw from Below Glass Lid Hole)

If done correctly the KNOB SET fits very easily you can twist-secure knob without much effort, even without requiring Screwdriver. 
However, use of Screwdriver is recommended just to give it a good final twist to lock its position.
